  We won't be back - several thousand dollars a year now lost for this business. While the staff are generally polite and helpful - you cannot be guaranteed that you are in fact getting the best deal - you need to make sure you do your research before going and also know your consumer rights!
  My husband had been given a quote for some prescription medication, which they didn't have in and so ordered and paid for. When he went in to pick it up, he was told by the pharmacist on duty that the price had been mis-quoted and that my husband would have to pay the gap. There was no apology, and my husband was told "I wasn't the one that gave you the incorrect quote" by the pharmacist. Knowing that he needed his medication and not having the time or inclination to take this further my husband paid the difference, and left. But it should be known and understood that by rights this chemist should have honoured the original quote - that is the law. We spend several thousand dollars each year on prescription medications, as well as other sundry items, business that is now lost to this company.
